The HYTE Y70 touch infinite takes familiar design notes from the Y60 and improves on every aspect with upgraded cooling, tool-less panels for easy maintenance, and a large 14.5” touchscreen - all powered by an updated version of the HYTE Nexus software.

Integrated Touchscreen

Introducing the HYTE Y70 touch infinite, an ATX PC case designed for PC enthusiasts who think of their system as a showcase piece. We took the feedback from the Y60 and implemented it into the design of the Y70 touch infinite by improving the building experience and upgrading the cooling design. Did we also mention that we’re including a 14.5” 2.5K touchscreen display?

The Nexus software is also getting a facelift, featuring touchscreen support and a full suite of widgets and applications tailored to make your PC experience as convenient and personal as possible.

As mentioned before, the HYTE Y70 touch infinite features an integrated touchscreen that mounts to the corner glass section of the case. Again, like the HYTE Y60 and the Y60 LCD DIY Kit, the Y70 touch infinite goes a step further - allowing you to tweak your personalization options to really make the build your own.

If you’re building a new system in the HYTE Y70 touch infinite, be sure to connect both the included USB header to your motherboard as well as connecting the display to the DisplayPort connection on your GPU – a built-in DisplayPort breakout board and included DisplayPort cable keeps things neat and tidy.

At launch, the Nexus software will feature a customizable home screen. From here, you can set shortcuts to frequently used applications and adjust the position of the widgets.

For the launch version of the HYTE Nexus software, the widgets include volume control, PC vital information, media control, Twitch chat integration, OBS integration, and more as the Nexus Touch software is further developed.

A more streamlined build experience.

Part of the design philosophy behind the HYTE Y70 touch infinite includes a more convenient and hassle-free build experience. As enthusiasts ourselves, we know how tricky it can be to build into a PC case that may not exactly fit all of the components you’ve selected.

The HYTE Y70 touch infinite sports a familiar dual-chambered design similar to the Y60, but with added touches to further refine and improve on the original design. Enjoy increased

Two 3.5” (4 x 2.5” compatible) storage device trays are in the back of the case, allowing easy access for SATA drive maintenance and upgradability.

Included with the case is a matching PCIe 4.0 riser cable, ensuring maximum compatibility with PCIe 4.0 motherboards and a nice way to display your graphics card.

The Y70 touch infinite also features a tool-less design. The top and side panels on the new PC case are secured by clips and pins, allowing for easy access to the internals. Additionally, velcro ties are pre-ran inside of the case and extras are included making cable management a breeze. Additionally, the glass panels are removable, allowing for a hybrid open frame design for maximum cooling potential.

Touching on the biggest feature is the large, 14.5” touchscreen. It features a 688 x 2560 resolution display with 183 PPIi, a 60Hz refresh rate, and a 5-point multi-touch capacitive screen.

Installation is simple, the touch screen will arrive fully assembled into the case, all you’ll need to do is connect the DisplayPort cable to your GPU and connect the USB 2.0 header to your motherboard once your build is complete. The display itself is powered by connecting the pre-routed SATA power cable to your PSU.

Once that’s done, navigate to the HYTE Nexus page and install the newest version of the HYTE Nexus software. From there, the software will walk you through the features and customization options.

Improved Cooling Potential

As we mentioned earlier, we’ve taken the feedback from the Y60 and made improvements to ensure that the most powerful components can breathe easily inside our newest PC case. The ventilation design of the Y70 touch infinite has been updated and optimized with lower impedance for increased airflow throughout the entire chassis.

The top supports up to a 360mm radiator, with the ability to adjust the top radiator position, to prevent issues like RAM or motherboard VRM heatsink clearance if you want to show off your array of RGB fans. The top radiator tray is removable with tool-less thumb screws and can be repositioned 15mm lower into the chassis.

Y60 versus Y70 touch infinite

We put together a neat and tidy comparison chart for convenience. We hope that it helps you decide which case better fits your needs.
