Great build quality, although the ribbon cables are a bit stiff - not sure if that's a necessity or a design choice. For those wondering if this will slow down your PCIe 5 video cards, the answer is yes, but by no more than a couple percentage points. Even using a PCIe 3 riser will typically slow you down by no more than around 4%. Anyone who claims otherwise is being dishonest or doesn't understand the amount of bandwidth video cards actually use in relation to how much is available. If you have a PCIe 5 video card you don't need to rush out and get a PCIe 5 riser right away if you can deal with losing a couple FPS. If you can get 200FPS with full PCIe 5, then with PCIe 4 you'll get around 198FPS to 199FPS, so don't stress - grab a PCIe 5 riser when your budget can afford it and it's worth the cost for that extra 1 or 2 FPS.

Decent cable for old tech
Does what it is supposed to do in most cases. The only thing is that it is older tech now and will slow your GPU down if you have a PCIe 5.0 slot on your motherboard. Hoping Hyte updates the riser cables to 5.0 in the near future.
