Shipping Dispute: Title and Risk of Loss:

HYTE will arrange for shipment of ordered product(s) to the Customer, Free On Board (F.O.B.) shipping point, meaning title to the product(s) – except software – and risk of loss passes to the Customer upon delivery to the carrier. HYTE reserves a purchase money security interest in the product(s) until its receipt of the full amount is due. The Customer agrees to allow HYTE to sign appropriate documents on the Customer’s behalf to permit HYTE to protect its purchase money security interest. Title to software will remain with the licensor(s). All software is provided subject to the license agreement of the software maker. The Customer agrees to be bound by any software license agreement once the seal on the package is broken. HYTE will advise the Customer of estimated shipping dates, but HYTE will, under no circumstances, be responsible for delays in delivery and associated damages, due to events beyond its reasonable control, including without limitation, acts of God or public enemy, acts of federal, state, or local government, fire, floods, civil disobedience, strikes, lockouts, and freight embargoes.

Sales Tax: The total price of your order will include any applicable sales tax based on the ship-to address and the sales tax rate in effect at the time of purchase. Tax exemption claims must be supported by valid tax exempt certificates at the time of purchase; resale certificate shall not apply. HYTE is not responsible for any other levies, duties, or fees imposed by any taxing authority beyond the extent of your purchase.

Duties and Import: Taxes Your order may be subject to additional taxes, duties and/or fees(including customs clearance) charged by the destination country. Please contact the destination country's customs office for more information.

Electronic Waste Recycling Act: The Electronic Waste Recycling Act (“Act”) became law in California on January 1, 2005. The primary objective of this law is to initiate a recycling program for computer products containing chemicals deemed hazardous to the environment. To fund this program, California requires retailers and e-tailers to collect, on the State’s behalf, a fee for each product covered by this law. The fee is paid by the consumer at the time of purchase of the covered product. This fee will be remitted directly to the State and only applies to orders shipped within California.

Pricing Policy: Unfortunately, we do not offer price matching. For your convenience, all our most current and lowest pricing is posted on our website daily. Prices are non-negotiable.

We make every effort to list the most accurate, up to the minute information. Despite our efforts, some items on our website may be mis-priced. If a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical, photographical, or technical error or error in pricing from our vendors, HYTE reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for a product listed at the incorrect price.

Return Policy

All merchandise (unless otherwise specified) carry a 30-day Satisfaction Guarantee from original invoice date.

If a customer decides to return a product, they must have their return request approved either by initiating the return process on our webpage, or by contacting customer service at [email protected].

All returns require an RMA number which we will provide on the shipping label. If the shipping label is not provided on our end, please clearly write the Return ID on the outside of the box being sent back to us.

Restocking Fees will not be assessed within the first 30-days from purchase. Any returns for refund after 30-days are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Refunds will not be approved after 45-days from delivery.

Shipping and Handling Fees are NON-REFUNDABLE.

For items sold with “FREE SHIPPING”, there will be an additional 10% of total after any applicable restocking fee is applied.

For Colorado customers, in accordance with the Colorado Department of Revenue, the Colorado Retail Delivery Fee is nonrefundable. For more information about the Colorado Retail Delivery Fee, please visit https://tax.colorado.gov/retail-delivery-fee.

For Minnesota customers, in accordance with the Minnesota Department of Revenue, the Minnesota Retail Delivery Fee (Road Improvement and Food Delivery Fee) is nonrefundable. Processing Time: Orders will not be processed on weekends and/or US Federal and company holidays. E-mail updates will be provided as your order progresses through the various stages. Shipping times are estimates and that carriers may be affected by COVID-19 safety procedures. Orders may experience delays in processing and shipping due to credit card processor address validation/verification and we may reach out to verify the address in your order (especially if it doesn't match the billing).

Order Status: HYTE will do everything possible to keep you informed of your order via e-mail notifications. Your tracking number will be e-mailed to you the night your item shipped. It is the customer’s responsibility to track the package. You may view your order status by logging into your HYTE account.

Change or Modify Orders: We currently do not allow customers to change or modify their order.

Cancel Orders: You may request a cancellation of your order, provided your order has not already shipped. Please email us at [email protected] during our business hours to change your order. You will be asked to provide your order number, so please ensure you have that information available when you reach out.
