1. Shipping Policy

2.Route Package Protection
2.1 Inclusion of Route Package Protection: For added peace of mind, each purchase made through our international ecommerce platform will include a fee for Route package protection. This protection covers lost, damaged, or stolen packages during transit. The Route package protection fee is non-refundable.
3. Return and Refund Policy
3.1 Returns and Refunds: We do not accept returns or provide refunds for shipped products. All sales are considered final once the order has been dispatched from our facility.

3.3 Route Package Protection Claims: If your order is protected by Route package protection and you encounter issues such as loss, damage, or theft during transit, you can file a claim directly through Route's claims portal. Route will handle the claims process and provide assistance as needed.
4. Payment Terms
4.1 An order is not binding upon HYTE until it is accepted by HYTE and HYTE must receive payment in full before it will accept an order. Payment for product(s) ordered is due prior to shipment. Customer can make payment as detailed herein.
4.2 for pre-orders, HYTE will not charge your payment method until your order is ready to ship. Your payment information must be stored with one of our approved payment providers as a precondition to placing a pre-order. You may cancel your order at any time prior to the posted shipment date. The shipment date is just an estimate not a guarantee and may be updated in HYTE’s discretion. Regardless of the order type, you agree to pay the amount(s) due as specified on the invoice and when applicable, you agree to pay interest on all past-due sums at a rate of 1.5% per month or the highest rate allowed by law, whichever is greater.
5. Cancellation Policy
5.1 Cancellation Requests: Once an order has been confirmed and processed the order can be cancelled before the package has shipped. In the event you've selected the incorrect product, we cannot process any changes to your order and will have to submit for cancellation to amend.
