CES Background

The Consumer Electronics Show (CES) is the world's biggest annual trade show for technology. Owned and produced by the Consumer Technology Association, CES is the stage for breakthrough technologies and global innovators. This show is where the biggest brands in technology meet to meet new partners, showcase their latest innovations, and unveil their next moves.

Beginning in 1967, the show started in New York City as a small exhibition for consumer electronics. From 1978 to 1994, CES was a biannual event, with one event in Winter and one in Summer. In 1998, CES settled to an annual format and positioned itself in Las Vegas, Nevada.

CES 2023 had a large show floor with over 1000 new exhibitors to explore and learn from. This year's event is even BIGGER -- featuring over 4000 total exhibitors, 41 different tech categories, and 311 Fortune Global 500 companies. There will also be over 150 countries and regions represented at this event, proving that CES is the event for global technological innovation.

CES 2024 was held in Downtown Las Vegas across over 11 venues. These venues include LVCC, ARIA, and the Venetian. There was also a digital venue available for those who couldn't make it to the event in person.

Any form of consumer technology you can imagine was featured at CES 2024. Topics ranging from Artificial Intelligence, Cryptocurrency & NFTs, Gaming & Esports, and more was found on the CES floor. This year’s featured topic is Artificial Intelligence, so expect to learn about how AI is revolutionizing the user experience.
