HYTE News: An Update on White Y60 Orders

If you’ve already pre-ordered a Y60, THANK YOU for your early support. We’ve been truly overwhelmed by the response to this case!

Getting your orders fulfilled is our first priority, which is why we wanted to make sure you were informed at every stage of this process.

We are experiencing some delays with white Y60 orders. Here’s why:

Update on White Y60 Cases

So, here’s the thing - our first shipment of Y60’s arrived in port on schedule. Great!

Unfortunately, shipping containers aren’t unloaded on a first-come, first-serve basis.

As a result, our warehouse is full of black and red Y60 cases, ready to fulfill all our pre-orders on time, and ship new orders within normal fulfillment times.

White, however, is still stuck in port and waiting to ship to us, which holds up pre-ordered cases as well as new orders on launch day.

What does this mean for you?

We’ll break it down simply:

• Any White Y60 pre-ordered before 3/14 at 2PM will ship before March 31, 2022
• Any White Y60 ordered after 3/14 at 2PM will have a target ship date of June 30, 2022 - due to overwhelming demand and popularity.
• Every order of Black and Red Y60's can currently be shipped out, including pre-orders and any order going forward.

International Availability

The Y60 will also be available outside of North America in the following countries:

• Singapore – 3/18
• Germany – 3/31 (Available for Pre-Order Now)
• Japan – 3/31
• Malaysia – 4/4
• Hong Kong – 4/15
• Philippines – 4/30
• South Korea – 4/30
